Hi all
I'm new to exchange and am just setting up a new domain and exchange 2000 organization. Exchange is working for internal network users, now I want to use it for remote laptop users. I configured the service in Outlook (2000), set it to allow offline access, then tried to log on for the first time. I get the message "Network problems are preventing connection to the microsoft exchange server computer. Contact your system administrator if this condition persists."
I am connecting to the W2K domain via a RAS server which is on a differen, trusted NT4 domain. I don't know if that's the cause of the problem, but it connects OK if I plug the laptop into the network.
Andy Ideas?
