Hey Gang,
We have a new employee who needs to add a networked printer to their laptop. We also have another user who already uses this copier/printer, I've looked at how the copier is connected to the user who printers to the copier and see that a TCP/IP port was created and configured with the IP address & port number of the copier.

I've since replicated that configuration for the new user, however where do I go from here in terms of adding the copier to the new users laptop?
If a go through add a printer wizard the networked copier doesn't show if I browse the network.

You may need to create the necessary port on the new users PC; often the printer's own setup program (rather than the add printer wizard) will search for it and create it. You may be able to find it on the manufacturer's website.
