Looks like it has 4 user defined inputs, and 4 user defined outputs.
page C-15 of the PDF shows user defined input wiring, page C-16 shows user defined output wiring.
Page C-6 shows the backplate, showing which connector is the user defined input, and which is the user defined output (RJ45s)
