I have a Panasonic NV-GS50 video cam. After instaling Video Studio 7, I plug in the firewire and start Video Studio. When I click the capture tab, there is an error pop up saying:

connecterror

And then there is another one saying:

popup title: panasonic dvc web camera
mesg: error: get interface [ok]

I wonder what problem is this. I'm using Window 2000 Pro. Thanks.

Are the drivers installed for the videocam?
Are there any problems with the firewire interface in Device Manager?

Actually I wonder which is the driver. Is there anywhere I can get that driver? I think I put it somewhere.
