Hi,

I have a query in relation to Citrix Metaframe and would be grateful for any advice that you might have.

When one of our users attempts to run their application via citrix they are preented with a pop up screen entitled "Connect to existing Windows NT session" and there is a message in there that says "These existing Windows NT sessions are available for you to connect to. Select the desired session and press enter to connect to it."

And then there is a heading showing ID, Mode/Color, Connect Time, Disconnect Time.

I was wondering if anyone had seen this and what causes it to happen and if there is a way of avoiding it.

Thanks in advance,
Tom

Get your users to stop disconnecting from their sessions and log out properly!

Use CMC or Citrix Server Admin and look at ALL your servers and see how many sessions each user has!

Alternatively, configure your system to reset disconnected sessions after x minutes (your choice!)

Cheers,
Carl.

Thanks for that Carl appreciate it
