Confused 1

Hello all,
I'm a little confused about which of the following menu options takes precedence.

Here A and B lead you to dialog boxes that allow you to set options.

A = Report / Options / Layout Tab / Create Group Tree (check box) [on the top right of the Layout Tab]

B = Report / Report Options / Create Group Tree (check box)

Let's say that A is checked (selected) and B is not checked. My question: which of these overrides the other?

I believe that A is a global setting, so future reports will have those settings, B is for the current report.
