conflict with "epson lx-300+" report and w2k, HELP PLEASE !! 1

Hi, i've developed an .exe that prints out invoices. I'm using an epson lx-300+ dot matrix printer. I'm upgrading my w98 stations to wk2. I'm usin an user defined form of 8.5in by 5.5in in w98 but when i upgraded the station to w2k the invoices print out as a 8 1/2 by 11(letter) even thoug i've configured it on the printers/server options of my w2k professional. I've created a custom measurement of 8.50in by 5.5in and have named it COTIZACION.
I asigned it on the printer preferences instead of the default "letter" and still it will print as a "letter" paper size and not as "COTIZACION" wich i have custom made !? Any ideas, i really don't know what to do ! =(
