Configuring the NIC interface

Greetings,

Currently, I am using mii-tool to check my current characteristic of my NIC interface. Also, I am using ethtool to configure my NIC setting (100Mbps Full Duplex), etc. These settings will not stick after a reboot. Is there a way for me to set the NIC interface permanently?

You can set it up within /etc/rc.local and /etc/networks

Do you do for botb areas and what's the command to force the setting to 100 MBps Full Duplex??
