Configuring Start->Programs

Greetings. Here's a simple question that's been driving me crazy trying to find the answer: under Start->Programs, all of my folders and shortcuts are in a single, long, scrollable list. However, on other installations of Winnt I've seen the list go into several columns instead of just the single, long column. How do you make this change? Thanks.
 
In Windows 2000 there is a string value under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Micorsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced called StartMenuScrollPrograms = "yes" turning this string value to "no" puts the program listing into two or three columns (however many needed) Look for a similar value in the registry of NT4. I would imagine that it is in or around the same key
