Any body got any help, ideas an/or advice on how to configure network address translation on a 1601.

I want to keep our internal IP addressing scheme, which is menmonic in nature, and translate that to a CLASS C Address as provided by our ISP.

I also need to be able to allow all LAN nodes access to external E-Mail but limit WEB, FTP & Telnet access to specific users. How do I relate access lists to NAT?

We were given the 1601's without manuals, and I've never configured a CISCO router before. Any help most appreciated.
