I have had the same thing in the past and nortel says that some files are corupt.I do have an old document you can look at I hope it helps.Cannot Continue or Your session can not be continued
This display message has appeared in both the Norstar Voice Mail and Startalk Flash.

Norstar Voice Mail:
This occurs when a user tries to copy a message to another mailbox. Rebooting the voice mail corrects. To prevent further occurances upgrade the voice mail to 2.1 (2.20).

Do not deleate mailbox and rebuild to correct this problem. When trying to rebuild the mailbox at service class you will receive "Cannot continue". If this happens and there is a modem on the voice mail ITAS can dial in and correct. If system does not have modem:
Backup customer data to floppy Feature 983 hidden code 22.
Have customer play messages in mail box.
Use Feature 983 hidden code 1 to reset voice mail.
Restore customer data from floppy Feature 983 hidden code 33.
Message "Can Not Continue" using Feature 983 to Initialize Voice Mail.

Connect modem line to NAM.
Contact ITAS. They will dial in and delete corrupted files

Norstar Voice Mail 4.0:
User dials their DID to retreive their message. When they dial ** they receive the message "Your session can not be continue at this time please try again later exiting the system."
Check out the table in F983 by default the system will assign table 0 on an upgrade from 2.1 to 4.0. It is not a valid table, It needs to be changed to 1 or what ever.

Norstar Flash:
Users sometimes hear "cannot continue" while listening to a message. This is corrected in Startalk Flash 1.7.
