Configuring Logical interfaces in solaris8

Hi,

Can anyone say me what is the command to configure logical interfaces in solaris-8.

After configuring will i get a message "machine is a router" during the boot up????

any comments and answers for my questions are welcome.

# ifconfig le0 192.168.0.11 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
