Configuring IPsec on a 2651xm doing IP-IP voip 1

Hi,

I have a Cisco 2651xm with IOS 12.4(5), I'm using as a softswith for voip ( Ip to IP gateway ), it is connected only with 1 interface. I need to do a IPsec tunnel between this cisco and a cisco 1721 located in Brazil.
The problem is that I can't get the IPsec tunnel to work, some people told me that I need to have 2 interfaces in a cisco in order to be able to run IPsec (on one interface I receive the traffic and send it encrypted to the other interface) is that true? is there any other way to do this having only one interface on the 2651?

you should use tunnel interfaces for IPSec GRE..
You need to worry about MTU size at that point.

Thanks man for your help,
we made it work, however we still have the problem of one way audio.
The router in location B, when doing a traceroute to router A, it goes outside the ipsec tunnel. Traceroute from Location A to B however it looks good.
The router A located in Florida has only one fastethernet and 1 public IP address. Any other ideas ?

One-way audio is usually a routing issue..... You say your traceroute goes outside the tunnel in one direction, I assume that is the direction you are only receiving audio? If it is you need to review the routing, maybe post some of the config here.

Thanks, it is working now, it was a Media routing issue.

Anyway, do you have any link to a cisco table that shows how many simultaneous calls can I have on a cisco xxx ip to ip gateway ?
I need to know how many calls can I have on a 2651xm and on a 3640.
