Configuring IPO IP500 trunk PRI 1

Hi

I installed an IPO IP500 trunk PRI 1 on my ip office and already did all de configurations but on the ip office the leds on the card are red and that means that the card is in error but I dont know how can I fix it?

Any ideas that what coul it be the id of the card is 700417439

Hope you can give me any clues or ideas

Red means that it doesn't work.
On what card is it fitted?
What is the version of your IPO?
What mode is it running?
Open monitor and let it connect and put the trace here.

At least check to see if swapping the transmit and receive pairs of the T1 will cause the light to go green (and on a T1 it is 1/2 and 4/5, NOT an ethernet cross over)

Tommy, when a card shows a red led then it will never ever work.
The trunk led will only show green or nothing.
If it is red then the card is broken or not supported.

Just a tip
Only leds 1 or 9 do show this and then ofcourse 1 is for the basecard and 9 for the trunk card.

well the led 1 on the trunk card is in red that means that the card is broken or isnt compatible or what could it be?

is the card seated on the chassis properly
Sometimes the pins could be out of line with the runners
Pull it out and refit the card carefully

Also check the manager to see it it shows up in the list
You can also run SSa to see the cards detected by the system

Upgrade your firmware.
