Configuring IPagent

Does anyone know a good manual for configuring IP Agent (v3)?
I don't seem to be able to configure our standard button assignments and make them appear in the program's main window.

I managed to get them in a separate window (Phone features) but that's a bit too difficult for our agents I'm afraid.
