Hi Guys

Hope you can help out.

I am completely new in Experience Portal but I have deployed an EPM, and an MPP server and configured a VoIP connection to my Communication manager running version r7.
Problem is I cannot get my test stations to register correctly in Experience Portal. Under the port distribution all my stations is stuck in “Active” state and if I click on one of the stations on the list, it says: “Port allocated to MPP but not owned by it.”
I’ve setup my stations as type: 7434ND but not and as IP phones. But I not exactly sure what kind of stations I should setup and with what settings? And if I need to make them as type: 7434ND do I need a special license for them? Because I cannot login with my test stations in One-X communicator either.
The One-X client just fails at login saying: “The telephone type you are using is not supported in this configuration”

So, I’m clearly missing something

Hope you guys can tell me how this Is properly setup.

@kyle555 did not change anything unfortunately. Error is still the same.
