I'm trying to use the Fax DN feature on a 7.0 CICS with a Call Pilot 100, Rel 3.0. My customer wants to use one of their 3 incoming lines to receive faxes. My understanding is that the above hardware can be set up to function like a typical line sharing device by detecting fax tone and routing it to the appropriate dn. Does anyone have an exact procedure on how to make this work?
