I need the configuration for a router 3810 with a modem multitech v.90 for Configuring AUX-to-AUX Port Async Backup with Dialer Watch

yes i am, but the traffic is up 20 kbps,

I want to test setup as with cisc routers as follow, but it doesn't seems to work:

Two 2500 cisco ruter connected each other using using Rollover cable on their Aux ports.
I follwed configurationgiven from Cisco at this link:

Observations:
1.#show line aux 0
Shows nDSR after every 10 sec
2.# show int Async1
shows Interface is Up, but then goes to "Reset". The Protocol always shows "Down"
3.Console error messages show every 5 seconds :ASync interface reset and up
4. Aux port speed is 96k
Any comments?
