configuring a cisco 2610 router which has command setup

I am configuring a cisco 2610 router which has command setup, when I finish the command setup ends but each time the router is rebooted the command setup starts over how do I stop the command setup.

If you configured the router and saved the configuration then it shouldn't ask again.

Post a "sh ver"...this is a symptom of the config register being set to 0x2142, or as brian says, you not saving the config. One more thing---in the future, if you have a router problem, please post in the routers forum---this is the switch forum.
