list trunk-group and note the TAC for the trunk-group.
If your trunk-group "Dial Access? y" you can dial the TAC from
your phone then the number that you want to connect to.
Or, you could build a route-pattern that points call at your trunk-group and dial your ARS access code then the number that you want to connect to.
A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"

You could also add a abbreviated dial button on their phone to dial the TAC cods of the trunk group. Then that way they wouldn't have to remember the TAC #.
Thanks AvayaTier3 and mojoputter.
I have an agent client that logs onto the app. When the agent logs on their phone is alive and they can receive calls using the app and make calls. So this is where I'm trying to figure out how to get the agents outbound call when it goes off hook to dial out on that outside line. ... Same thing for the 2nd outside line for incoming calls. How to get that incoming call to route to the agents phone? ..... Just trying to learn this stuff ... Can a phone extension/phone be configured to speciffically use the outside line/port?
