Hi all, I've been looking around and cannot find a feature that should be simple. I want to configure a button on the agent phone to auto transfer the call to a specific vdn.
I want to avoid using the transfer button as that works as a consultative transfer, the usability I am looking for is that once the button is pressed the call is directly transfer to the VDN I assign and the agent moves to the next step ready to take a call.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
