configuration iis-ftp behind router?

OS: Windows 2000 pro
Router: LinkSys

IIS configuration only is valid in Intranet, can not access from outside with publid IP.

I alrealy make UPnP port forward (21 and 80) to this server local IP(192.168.1.100).

What do I do espicially? Thanks very much for your help.

Are you sure your ISP has not blocked port 80?

actually, the web server set up on IIS is fine, I CAN visit the web page from other machine outside of LAN. Only the ftp server, can not list the directory. But connection and login are ok.
