Hi,

Is it possible to get into an established call?

This is what one of my customer wants,

User A and B are on a call. Can user C get into that call with out either user A or B taking user C into conference.

sure, if a and b are on a conference bridge and c knows what the bridge number is...otherwise, no.

or if A or B are ACD and C is a supervisor with observe key.

or C is a operator console

or either A or B has their DN also on a 500 set and on C's digital set that would remove privacy setting. C could then go handsfree on that line with the Mute activated.
