conference, hold, transfer not working 1

I have IP403 running 2.1.24 load, If I call out I cannot transfer, hold or conf from 4612 IP. If someone calls in they can transfer, hold conf?

Any ideas?

2.1 (24) is software with a lot of bugs.
First go to 2.1 (27) and then see if you still have problems.

Peter, do you have the bin's for 2.1(27)? They are not posted on the support site?
