Conference calls problem 3.1(65)

Hello everyone,

I did the upgrade to 3.1(65) and have problems with conference calls now. When call comes in and agent puts it on hold, then dials the other number and trying to make a conference, it disconnects the agent, but conference between incoming call and the other number is still in the system and both parties can talk to each other without any problem. Only the agent who made a conference can't see it in the PC Softphone. If first call wasn't incoming but was made by agent too, conferencing is working fine though. Also, if agent has Call Waiting on and is on the phone for incoming call, if there another incoming call going directly to agent's extension, both calls will be dropped.

I have IP Office software 3.1(65), Phone Manager PC Softphone 3.1(17) and 2.1(14) (both have the same issues), VMPro 3.1(21).

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

One more detail - in Monitor I can see that when the Conf button is clicked, control unit receives H.245 request to disconnect for whatever reason. That's probably why the Phone Manager drops the call. The regular Avaya 4620 phones we have don't have this problems at all.
