If you do not already have a feature access code for conference calls you will need to create one in the feature access code assignment form. I would recommend using a leading star digit with one or 2 numeric digits to follow, such as *24

Oops, should have said dial first party, get them on the line first, then proceed with the steps listed.
If you encounter a busy or are unable to reach a party or land in voice mail, etc, simply:
flash
hear dial tone
dial #0 (force party release)
you should now be back to your last successfully added party
