Note, that we have setup the conference bridge very similarly to the one published on IPOfficeAssistance.com (many of you are surely familiar with it).
Two questions:
- How does one put the participants on hold but no allow them to talk/hear one another?
- How does one utilize the Conference PIN on the User tab as opposed to the Password code on the Source Numbers tab?

The moderator has to leave the conference to put the participants on hold listening to music

The PIN stored in the source number tab is making use of feature that is rarely ever used, the voicemail callback number, and the ability to read and modify it from the configuration through Generic actions in VMPro.

R10 or so had Avaya incorporating the Conference PIN field from Manager into 2 default modules that come in a blank VM configuration. I still use the Kyle Holladay method.

I'm wondering if there is a way I can access the PIN on the User Tab (the new PIN not the PXXXX PIN) through Voicemail Pro so I can allow users to change that PIN whenever they need to. Ultimately, I'd like to have the PIN on the User tab protect the conference bridge and the PIN in the Source Numbers Tab for the Moderator.
