Conf Meet Me stopped working

Up-graded 406 to 4.1.2- VMPro to 4.1.40 and Conf Meet Me stopped working. When you call from outside, seems like you are answered, but nothing happens. From inside caller sees Conference 100 on phone, but no beeps or indication connected otherwise. Worked fine before up grade. Any body had this yet?
Did we just loose the sound confirmation- have not been able to contact site for further testing today.

are your licenses still valid, if your upgrade is about 2 hours old and the licenses went invalid then you have no VM at all, try it

I would upgrade to 4.1.15 and 4.1.42 instead of 4.1.12 and 4.1.40

But i have made conference meetme on 4.1.40 and it worked for me

Then no reason it won't work. Think I'll delete all reference and begin again even though I've done ConfMeetMe many times, I am older now than I was then.

you are right it should work but 4.1.40 has it's annoying bugs

Try 4.1.42

do you password protect the conference? If not, try it and see if you get to the "enter your access code" prompt if not then the problem is before that already in the shortcode, maybe try then to point the shortcode to something else.

It may be the conference chip, see if a regular conf call from a station works.
