Conexant modem not working in windowsXP 1

i have a conexant soft56 speakerphone PCI modem (HSF)and
it is not working since i upgraded my system into windows XP. i downloaded the driver from windows update website but
modem's speakerphone is not working properly.

where can i find a digitally signed conexant soft56 speakerphone PCI modem (HSF)driver for windows XP.
