I am using Crystal 8.5 and I have a cross tab which displays negative values. The values as they stand allow the grand total to be correct. What the user wants, however, is for certain, but not all of the negative values to appear as positives.

I have been playing around with the reverse display, but I cannot get it to work. In the Format Formula Editor under formatting functions I see something called Row or Column names, thinking that will help identify the rows that need changing, but it is not working.

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve my problem?

Thanks

I figured it out. I had to use GridRowColumnValue and use the Row or Column Names, otherwise the allias name, in conjunction.

Thanks
