Conditional formating for text 2

The conditional format feature in Excel is easy to use with numbers. Can anyone tell me how to use conditional formating with text? Can conditional formating be included with an IF formula?

It is quite the same. Just use "" in the condition field. Like ="The Text that will be affected"
