Hi everyone!
I have a list of people and they all work in the same firm. After adding the names in the list to "@firm.com" I want the email adress to work as a link. With no success so far...
Any tips?
Thanks in advance
Francois

If your user names are in col A then .....

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&A1&"@firm.com")

fill down

This will set the link to display as just the email address (without the "mailto:")

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&A1&"@firm.com",A1&"@firm.com")

.....you can put any tag you want to after the last comma

i.e.

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&A1&"@firm.com","click here to send mail")

Thanks a lot it works fine. Do you know if I can input a subject in the mail, from say cell A2?
Thanks again

Francois

Yes..

I just saw that in the help...but I gotta find it again.

stay tuned

Hi
I figured it out! It looks like this.

HYPERLINK("mailto:"&A!BB3&"&subject="&F2&"&";"sendmail")

Thanks again for your help!

Francois
