This is the message
FILE MISSING OR CORRUPT WINDOWS\SYSTEM\vgaoem.

I boot from the cd rom and i get to the recovery console and after i put in the admin pw im stumped. If you need more info please let me know.

Expand the file VGAOEM file from the CD and place it into your C:\windows\system directory (or whereever it says the file is missing) reboot and try again
