I've just put together a PC from scratch. Everything was going fine until I set my BIOS settings. Now my system will not POST. I tried resetting the CMOS and still no luck. Have a caused irreparable damage? Here's what I have:

Asus A7N8X deluxe motherboard
AMD Athlon XP 3000+ (333 MHz FSB, 512K cache)
CoolerMaster Aero 7 lite
2 Samsung 512MB PC3200 400MHz
Western Digital 250 GB Caviar
ATI R7000 64MB dual-head video card
Enermax 365W PSU

These are the settings I used:

CPU External Freq. : 166 MHz
CPU Multiplier: 13.0

Please help.

I'm going to bring the processor in. I'll post when I find out what's wrong.

What about taking it all apart and starting from scratch one more time.
Meaning all apart, new thermal paste, etc, etc.
Just a suggestion, but you may have been thru this too many times already, i wouldnt know that.
