computer freeze

every time when I access any file form my 31/2floopy the machin freeze and then I do a ctrl +alt+ Delet and try to stop the task I am getting this message.

"This program cannot be closed. If it is
being debugged, please resume it or close the debugger first"

How do I close the debugger. what is the reson for this, and How can I fix this.

sounds like either floppy drive going bad or you have a virus attempting to write to it. How often do you do virus/spyware scans?

New floppy drives are like $20. That's the way to go. And try a bunch of different diskettes first to make sure it's the actual drive.
