Ok - from what I can see this board also has an AGP slot. The problem now is simple - you have to change the primary display in the BIOS from the AGP slot to PCI - according to the technical specs there is a setting for this available, but it is set to AGP by default. As you can't view the screen at all at the moment this is obviously a little difficult. What you need to do is borrow an AGP card so that you can reset the BIOS. Maybe the shop where you bought the board and card can help with this, when it has been set to the PCI as primary display it should work fine with the PCI card.
