Complete with Exceptions

We have Backup Exec 9 running on one of our Windows 2000 Terminal Servers. Each night the back completes with exceptions. The files that are failing are the default user’s Index.dat in the cookies and IE5 History folder as they are showing up as "In Use".

Does anyone know why these would be in use.??

I just eleminate these files from the backup.
Who knows what Windows keeps open or why.

I guess the question is not only why BE is not backing them up but why would a default user's profile ever have these files in use.

Fair question, but I often find that the reason it happens is more difficult and time consuming than the solution to solve it.
