Please see my complete call recording solution for recording voip calls - works with Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk etc... H.323, SIP, Skinny prototcols.

Countless hours have gone in to this documentation. If you have ever tried to install Oreka / Orecx / Orkweb / Orktrack either on Windows or Linux, you know why, and you know the Oreka documentation sucks horribly. Well, I have laid it all out, and made it so simple a monkey can do it.

Huh, pretty cool - I was not aware of Oreka. How well does it scale?

Not sure...I am going to start using it with about 10 agents. I'll let you know. I don't see any reason yet why it wouldn't support at least a couple hundred phones. I've been running it in a VM for a few weeks recording all my own calls.
