I am a complete newbie with Exchenge Server. At a place where I volunteer, they have asked me to look at why the Directors email is no longer accessable. I have also been asked to add 2 new accounts to the Exchange Server.
Please forgive my ignorance, but I have no idea what to do. Can someone "please" tell me what to look for on the account that no longer works, and then how to add 2 new accounts?
All help and advice will be GREATLY appreciated. I am a network admin and know allot about Windows and SQL 2000. But I am completely lost when it comes to Exchange Server 2003.
