is this a thing of the past from 1.8 etc or with xps etc do you still have to get a compatability script for word etc

To be honest I never used 'em.

I do install.. finish... change user install.....run app set settings..... check registry...change user execute.. check again....test....let 'em at it.

You still need to use a script, but now it is a TRANSFORMS= file. It can be downloaded from M$. The file you need to use is TERMSRVR.MST. The instructions for use are with the download.
