Compatability question between a new motherboard and a stick of RAM

I just placed an order for a single 512MB stick of OCZ PC3200 (Basic Memory Series) memory and hoping it works with my MSI KT600 FIS2R Mobo but am not too sure, so if anyone knows of any compatability issues or anything within good or bad terms pls reply

What type and speed memory does your motherboard say it will support?

I know that it supports DDR400 just curious if OCZ is good for the type i know some motherboards and memory configs differ and can have compatability issues/stability issues
