Yes, it certainly is....
Go to the File menu, choose Publish Settings, then select Flash 4 from the dropdown menu (it will, by default, display Flash 5, if you are using Flash 5). That should do it! I know the feeling, because I have a site that actually requires Flash 5 to work: cyberscribe.net/runes/runecast.html
