Where are you getting this message?
If you are getting it from the operating system, NT/2000?, then use the Disk Management tool to enable and format the drives.

Are the disks connected to an array controller or the internal SCSI ?
Have you used SmartStart to configure the hardware and install the operating system ?
Really need some more details of the configuration to give you more help with this.
