Compaq model?

How can you tell what model number a compaq is. I need video drivers and don't know where to start in the long list of them. It is a Presario model mini tower.

It may take some digging around, but there used to be a tool on the compaq website that you could run that would give you the exact model #.

Two very simple Metods,

1. Look at the details on the back or underneath of your unit, ona lable it should state model and seral numbers.

2. goto

Start> Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Information.

This application should detail everything about your system.

Thank you, I was looking for the actual model number. But all I found was a SKU number. When I entered that on compaq's website in the model number area, it directed me to the correct model.
