Company greetings

I have a Call Pilot 3.1 on a CICS 4.1, is there a way to hit night ans and have it play a selected greeting. Like NA #1 play company greeting #1 NA #2 play company greeting #2. I've been fooling with this thing all day.

been there done that, you can change the night greeting in the Table, assuming you are using table 1, you have morning, lunch, evening after hours, where I was getting confused, night mode, set up F871, that will allow you to go have the voice mail answer immediately but the message will be based on the table setup, doubt you want to go and record a company greeting, lets say greeting 4 and manually change the table greeting number.

If you do set up F871 I believe there is a FAQ for that

You can change greetings and CCR by using "non-business".

Make your recordings and apply them to Non-Business portion of the table.

When you want to use them F982 > Business Open = N. Thr non business greetings will play until you manually reopen by putting Business Open = Y.
