Company Directory Options 1

I'm trying to change the way our company directory searches for names in the system. Currently it tells you to search by typing in the first four digits of the person's first name, well we're having a problem because many of our employees only have three letters in their first name, so they are not being found. In the Norstar Voicemail 3.0 Set up and Operation's guide it says that you can change the options to search by last name instead, but for some reason I can't find the directions anywhere in this book. Can anybody help me and give me directions on changing the options so I can have it search by last name or tell me where to find these directions? THANKS!

F983, login, press 4, press NEXT until you see Match. You can change this to last name, first name or both.
