i have an analog ext dir3199 &dig dir3200 ext i need when call to dig 3200 ring both ana&dig with to gether
how can do it ??

You could try parallel ringing facility.
PLLNI:MDIR=3200,SDIR=3199;

You can have up to 2 SDIR number for 1 MDIR.

Or you could do and immediate diversion for 3200.
CDINIIR=3200,DIV=3199;
