Common Dialog problem

hello,

i'm getting this error on a users pc with a database I created.

RUN-TIME ERROR 438

OBJECT DOESN'T SUPPOSE THIS PROPERTY OR METHOD

Theres a Common Dialog box on a form which i use to search for a file. Ive reinstalled Proffesional Office on the pc and added all the components on the Add/Remove option on the cd but still the error.

Any suggestions anyone?

it explains how to use the commondialog api instead of the control, it avoids the problem of unregistered controls
