Command Panel Problem

I have as mall problem :
I cannot find command panel anywhere.
I ve checked the arrow in Custinize/show ui /show command panel but still no trace of the c.panel.Also i checked it by right clicking on main toolbar and still no sign of it

I have the same problem!! Are you using 3d Studio Viz? I am, and the only solution I could find was to change the interface to 3d studio max, where the control panel appears docked by default. hope this helps, but if anybody knows a better solution...

I still have the problem but some part of the problem
can be found on the discreet home page under the support tab
