Coming here for a little asp help

I have a nice one line PHP program that I need to replicate in ASP, but for the life (and several hours) of me I cannot get it to work.

It's nice, it's easy, I love php, and it's...

$filearray=("

http://blah/blah/blah.txt")

I don't even care if I get the information into a nice array like this gives me, I just want to retrieve the information from a text file into some structure in ASP.

That is neat... gives me the neat part off having it all in a nice array... however still fails on the reading a text file from a URL... <sigh> this is looking like an impossible to do in ASP problem...
